We're currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll have the chance to learn and grow alongside seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in captive insurance management. Responsibilities will include all aspects of managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a portfolio of captive insurance companies including, but not limited to the following:
The successful applicant must hold an internationally recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience preferably including captive insurance experience in management or audit. The successful applicant must also possess a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel based spreadsheet applications (familiarity with SunSystems, SILO and SharePoint will be an asset) and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English as substantial contact with clients will be required. Personal attributes should include being a team player, ability to work autonomously, excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, decision-making and time management skills. The starting salary is commensurate upon qualification and experience and will be in the range of US$70,000 to US$100,000 per annum with potential for a bonus.
