Reporting directly to the Director the Football Coach will oversee and effectively execute the following duties outlined below. A/ Design and Deliver Coaching Sessions to children ages 4 years thru 13 years. Set up and deliver up to 12 training sessions per week Evaluate effectiveness of training sessions Document all training sessions, development programmes and training session outcomes B/ Player Assessment and Individualized Development Plans Develop assessment protocols to track and monitor individual player development and performance. Provide written feedback on player performance to parents two times per training year. Hold player evaluation sessions, where feedback can be delivered directly to players in such a way that promotes confidence and inspires commitment. C / Additional Coaching Duties Provide professional coaching services outside of regular afterschool training blocks as instructed by the Directors Additional coaching may include Birthday Parties, Camps, Travel Preparation, extra competition and special events. Additional coaching may include primary school league coaching services. D / Administration / Communication Maintain all required documentation in a timely and professional manner Complete daily training logs and prepare training session plans in advance of each session Monitor email regularly and responding accordingly to policy Respond to phone calls/WhatsApp in a timely manner E/ Marketing Assistance Assist with the promotion of the company through a range of marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to social media posting, radio appearances, press conferences, videos, etc. F/ Other Duties Collaborate with other coaches for the development, growth and success of the company.
