Tile & Furniture Store Manager

Company Description Cayman Stoneworks is a building materials supplier, providing high-quality tile, stone, and furniture to clients in the Cayman Islands. We are known for our exceptional customer service, high quality products ranging from off the shelf to custom designed, as well as our ability to strategically partner with developers, builders, and contractors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in George Town. The working hours are 9 - 5pm Mon - Fri. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading, and managing the store team, ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, managing accurate accountings and sales logs, and developing strong relationships with wholesale customers. The individual in this role must have proven experience in promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, collaboration, teamwork, and operational excellence. References evidencing the same will be required. Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, construction, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with clients
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Existing relationships with developers, builders, or contractors are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
