Cashier and Customer Service

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier and Customer Service team member to provide excellent service, process transactions accurately, and support a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with questions, purchases, returns, and basic product information.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and help restock front-end supplies as needed.
• Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and complex issues when appropriate.
• Balance the cash drawer and support opening and closing tasks.
• Promote store policies, and special offers when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards and store appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, scanners, and related equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items as needed.
• Work Monday to Saturday.
• Clean Police Record

Work Environment

Compensation is $9.00 per hour and standard government required benefits.
