We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain clean, safe, and hygienic facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facilities. Applicants should take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing assigned areas. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, hallways, stairways, and common areas. Safely using cleaning products and equipment. Emptying bins and properly disposing of waste. Restocking washroom and cleaning supplies. Reporting any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance problems. Following all health, safety, and security procedures. Completing daily cleaning checklists as required. Assisting with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other special assignments. Providing friendly and professional service while representing Serenity Habitat Cayman.
