Chiropractor – Full Time Location: Seven Mile, Cayman Islands Hours: 40 hours per week, including Saturdays Salary: CI$8.75/hour + commission (based on experience) Benefits: Health insurance and pension in accordance with Cayman Islands law. About the Role Elevation Health and Physiotherapy (EHP) is seeking an experienced Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for evidence-informed, patient-centred care and experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan, with particular expertise in paediatric and pregnancy care. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality chiropractic services, contribute to wellness initiatives, and support the continued growth of our clinical practice. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based chiropractic approaches.
• Provide specialised care for infants, children, pregnant women, and families.
• Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans and patient education to support long-term health outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Participate in community outreach and corporate wellness initiatives as required.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice and client base.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chiropractic
• Registered with CPAM
• Minimum of 15 years’ clinical experience, including significant experience in private practice.
• Webster Certification with extensive experience in paediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care.
• Basic Pilates Training
• Kinesio Taping
• Extensive experience in paediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care.
• Competency in:

o Diversified Technique o Activator Method o Impulse Adjusting Method o Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) o Craniosacral Therapy o Dry Needling

• Additional training in paediatric assessment and treatment, pregnancy biomechanics, foetal positioning, and neurodevelopmental care.
• Experience delivering health education presentations and corporate wellness initiatives.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain a thriving, patient-centred practice.
