Broker Driver

Experienced Broker Driver We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Broker Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation (pickups and deliveries), loading, and unloading of vehicles and cargo while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Key Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of driving experience in the brokerage/logistics industry.
• Clean Police Record (Certificate of Character required).
• Clean Driver's Licence with an excellent driving history.
• Valid Group 4 Driver's Licence.
• Able to drive Motorcycles.
• Proficient in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Certified and experienced in operating a forklift and vehicle lift/hoist.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying up to 200 lbs.
• Demonstrated experience loading and unloading containers and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles, equipment, and cargo to designated locations.
• Load and unload containers and vehicles using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
• Operate forklifts and vehicle lifts in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Have experience in the collection of Cargo at the Cayman Islands Ports.
• know about assisting Customs and Border Control officers when conducting their inspections of cargos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in vehicle brokerage, logistics, or freight transportation.
• Strong understanding of container handling and cargo securement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
