Receive and unload inventory from trucks and move it to the proper location
Scan delivered items and check them for quality
Sort, organize, and store inventory, including stacking large bulk items
Package and label items correctly
Dispatch and load goods for delivery
Move materials between facilities, workstations, and pick-up locations
Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
Update logs and documentation for inventory processing, and prepare records for audits
Keep the workspace and aisles clear of debris and safety hazards
Wear safety gear at all times
Work as an active team member to meet team goals
Requirements
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of work experience as a general laborer, preferably in a warehouse
Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
Extensive knowledge of the operating area
Proficiency operating a forklift
Physically strong, agile, and dexterous, and able to lift up to 70 pounds
Comfortable working at heights and in adverse weather
Positive work history and solid attendance
Available to work extended hours
Strong people skills and good moral character
Must pass a background check and drug screening
