Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened within the Imports Department at Cayman Islands Customs Agency for the position of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in customer service relations. The candidate must have a willingness to learn, adapt and be flexible with your approach to work and to understand the importance of customer service procedures and protocols. The position offers an active and varied working environment, where the candidate will be involved in with various departments all in relation to customer service. Duties

  • Communicate effectively with customers and team colleagues
  • Manage the Front Desk duties
  • Handle duties related to our customer service system
  • Handle cargo discrepancies
  • Handle internal advertising
  • Liaise with the development Operations Manager on future projects
  • Handle customer hospitality

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience as a customer service representative
  • Solid experience in customer service relations
  • Solid experience and execution of procedures and compliance
  • Experience in the use and deployment of Digital solutions/tools
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Efficiency in Microsoft & Google Suites.
