We partner with our clients on an exclusive and/retained basis to secure exceptional senior talent, and we work alongside their leadership teams to strengthen organisational design, culture and individual performance. The ROLE: This is a broad, high-ownership leadership role suited to someone equally comfortable winning and delivering client work as they are running the operational, financial and regulatory backbone of a small professional services firm. You will be responsible for the full commercial engine of the business — new business development, client relationship management, and delivery of executive search, organisational consulting and coaching engagements — as well as the day-to-day management of the company itself, including finance, compliance, HR and marketing. Over time, you will also build and lead a team of recruiters and resourcers as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Relationship Management
Building new client relationships through networking, marketing and proactive business development activity.
Managing existing client relationships, including ongoing communication on open roles, talent management challenges, and ensuring all assigned mandates are progressed and filled in a timely manner to the client's satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities in the Cayman market to develop new service lines and grow the business.
Building and maintaining a wide network of relevant professionals, both in Cayman and internationally.
Negotiating client contracts, preparing fee proposals, managing service levels, and providing client reporting.
Contributing to business strategy and market analysis, and reporting to the Directors on business performance, operational priorities and growth opportunities.
Actively sourcing candidates for open exclusive/retained executive search mandates and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Building a team of recruiters and resourcers over time as the business grows, and providing leadership and mentoring to that team.
Organisational Consulting & Coaching
Delivering organisational consulting and advisory services to corporate clients, including strategic HR consulting, organisational design and change management.
Delivering organisational coaching programmes to corporate clients, including team coaching, leadership development and culture change initiatives.
Providing one-to-one executive and professional coaching on a corporate-sponsored basis, including designing coaching frameworks, conducting coaching sessions and tracking client outcomes.
Maintaining relevant professional coaching qualifications and accreditations, and staying current with developments in coaching methodologies, strategic HR and organisational behaviour.
Marketing & Brand Development
Managing the company's website and social media presence and developing marketing materials.
Attending industry events and networking opportunities, and supporting ongoing brand development and business growth.
General Business Operations & Administration
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including office management, vendor management, and maintenance of all business licences, permits, registrations and corporate records.
Financial Administration
Managing invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, budgeting, and liaison with external accountants.
Overseeing payroll processes and expense management, and maintaining appropriate financial records and controls.
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable Cayman Islands laws and regulations, including the Labour Act, Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and Trade and Business Licensing requirements.
Maintaining required records and liaising with relevant regulatory bodies, where applicable.
Human Resources & People Management
As the company grows, overseeing onboarding, policy development and performance management.
Maintaining human resources records and managing work permit applications and renewals for employees and personnel.

What we're looking for
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in executive search and/or recruitment, ideally with exposure to retained/exclusive search mandates.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial/leadership role within an agency or HR advisory firm with responsibility for developing new client relationships.
Demonstrated experience in organisational consulting, strategic HR and organisational design.
A recognised professional coaching qualification/accreditation (e.g. ICF or equivalent), with experience delivering executive and team coaching to corporate clients.
A strong existing network within the Cayman Islands and/or international professional and financial services community.
Solid commercial and business management acumen, including comfort with financial administration, budgeting and operational oversight.
Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine client-service mindset.
A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage competing priorities across business development, delivery and operations.
Prior people management or team-building experience, or a clear aptitude to lead and develop a team as the business scales.
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
