Sales Rep & Customer Service

Job Summary

Must Cool AC Supplies Ltd is seeking a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, be comfortable handling cash transactions and end of day balancing knowledge, including experience in working with QuickBooks Desktop & Online. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage daily operations efficiently, and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately for all customers
• Build and maintain customer relations both on the phone and email
• Balance and reconcile end-of-day cash and sales reports
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
• Learn and understand all aspects of the business, including products/services (e.g., AC systems and parts)
• Operate point-of-sale system and manage daily transactions
• Billing clients on a monthly basis
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service and/or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop and Online (Certified preferably)
• Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to business operations
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings/late evenings
• Proficiency with phone systems, email and messaging platforms
