The responsibilities of a Maintenance Person will include but not limited to, maintaining, servicing, repairing doors & windows, shutters, gates, installations, repairing damaged interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial buildings, power washing buildings, walkways, repairing walls, frames, walkways, and other building structures, masonry, carpentry, lift and carry equipment and materials, provide preventative maintenance on equipment/ tools to minimize malfunctions by cleaning, maintaining and minor repairs as needed. Duties include but not limited to, installation of windows, doors, shutters, patio/porch screening, carpentry & masonry, drywall installation, finishing (baseboards & sheet rock) electrical, painting (interior & exterior), mold treatment, roof repair, tiling, steel work, power washing. Experience in various power tools, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, equipment when necessary and provide quick response to issues that may arrive on site.
