Individuals who are Caymanian or Married to Caymanian Degree-qualified with at least 2 years of recruitment or sales experience ideally from an Agency setting. Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills. Organised, detail-oriented, tenacious and proactive. Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Strong written communication and content creation ability.
