A Carpenter/Steel Fixer will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing formwork, frameworks, and structural components using timber, plywood, and steel reinforcement to support concrete works on construction projects. The role includes reading and interpreting technical drawings, measuring and cutting materials accurately, assembling and securing steel rebar and mesh, and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and engineering specifications. The Carpenter/Steel Fixer collaborates closely with site supervisors and other trades, maintains tools and equipment, and adheres to all site safety protocols to support efficient and compliant project delivery.
