We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to clients of all ages, including men, women, and children. The ideal candidate must be proficient in a variety of haircutting techniques, beard grooming, shaving services, and current barbering trends while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to determine their grooming and styling preferences. Perform haircuts using clippers, scissors, razors, and other barbering tools. Provide beard trimming, shaping, and grooming services. Perform straight razor shaves and line-ups where applicable. Create and maintain modern and traditional haircut styles. Recommend grooming products and hair care routines to clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment. Schedule and manage client appointments professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Barber or similar role. Proficiency in haircutting, fading, tapering, beard grooming, and shaving techniques. Knowledge of current barbering styles and trends. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work with clients of all ages and hair types. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Working Conditions The Barber will work in a barbershop or salon environment and may be required to stand for extended periods while providing grooming services to clients.
