Balloon Artist/Party Decorator

Balloon Artist/ Party Decorator designs, creates, and installs custom balloon sculptures, arches, and centerpieces for events. They combine artistic creativity with manual dexterity to transform latex and foil balloons into themed decorations, often working at parties, corporate functions, and festivals. Must have Artistic Talent:- Deep understanding of color theory, aesthetics, and spatial design to create visually appealing sculptures. Key Responsibilities

• Designing and Creating: Constructing balloon sculptures, bouquets, arches, columns, and installations, including twisting figures.
• Event Setup and Breakdown: Installing large-scale decor at venues and removing it post-event.
• Live Entertainment: Twisting balloons into animals or shapes for guests at parties, restaurants, or fairs.
• Client Consultation: Adapting designs to match event themes, color schemes, and client requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Manual Dexterity: High level of hand-eye coordination for fast, accurate twisting. Able to work quickly and precisely for extended periods.
• Creativity: Ability to design innovative, visually appealing arrangements with a strong eye for color theory. Able to innovate and design new sculpture concepts.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in inflating, tying, and structuring balloons safely.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in advanced twisting, weaving, and tying techniques, along with a deep understanding of balloon materials and inflation methods.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively manage client expectations and engage with event guests of all ages providing a fun, professional atmosphere.
• Adaptability: The ability to perform under pressure and maintain a flexible schedule, as most work occurs during weekends and evenings.
