Shop Sales Assistant

This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly organized and has a passion for customer service focused on culinary and wellness.

Duties include

• Daily interaction with clients in person, on the phone and via email: having proven customer service skills in all areas will need to be demonstrated on resume
• Doing daily sales reconciliation & bank deposits, including handling cash
• Working with computers: must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
• Creating invoices: must have proven skills in this, experience with QuickBooks is an asset
• Working with multiple POS systems: experience with Shopify is an asset

Daily running of the shop, including inventory management, ordering of goods, keeping a clean and tidy environment. This is a team player role with the need to coordinate with management and the kitchen team. Ability to problem solve and be adaptable is key. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, have their own reliable vehicle and clean drivers and police record. Must be able to speak confidentially and knowledgably about all product lines. Product training will be provided.
