SALARY: CI$70,000 – CI$90,000 pa
We’re looking for a Specialist – Business Partner Services who thrives on HR operations running smoothly while supporting both people and strategy. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle, delivering accurate, timely HR processes and partnering closely with our People Culture (P&C) Business Partners, and the wider business, to bring initiatives to life.
An associate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, an internationally recognised HR certificate, or an equivalent qualification is preferred A minimum of 5 years’ working experience within a HR environment, including at least 3 years in an HR generalist capacity A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role within HR is preferred Experience working with automation and workflow technology A solid understanding of HR best practices and the Cayman Islands Employment Laws Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to deal effectively and professionally with internal & external clients Adapt to multiple competing priorities and duties in an ambiguous fast-paced environment
Proactively coordinate HR activities across Business Partners, business units and P&C functional teams Track HR actions and deliverables to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met Review any P&C submissions for policy compliance, accuracy, and risk Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen P&C operations, service levels, and efficiency Act as a first point of contact and a trusted advisor for routine employee queries and escalate complex matters as needed Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and checklist completion Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, internal transfers, immigration documentation, etc. Support coordination, reporting, and preparation of HR documentation for leadership and business use
