Position Summary The Multi Purpose Associate / Logistics Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting daily business operations across logistics, customer service, administration, warehouse coordination, inventory tracking, and operational support functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a key point of communication between customers, vendors, freight providers, and internal operations while assisting with general business administration and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Shipping
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Track and monitor shipments and delivery timelines
Consolidate shipments for customers and company operations
Assist with customs entry preparation and logistics documentation
Coordinate pickups, sorting, and deliveries
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customers, and vendors
Maintain shipment and logistics records
Customer Service & Client Relations
Respond to customer emails, inquiries, and service requests
Provide shipment updates and operational support to clients
Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships
Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and service providers
Administrative & Office Support
Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and operational files
Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable/payable tracking
Perform data entry and reporting tasks
Support general office administration and business operations
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and operational coordination
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Assist with warehouse organization and operational flow
Track inventory and stock levels
Coordinate movement and storage of goods
Support inventory management systems and reporting
Operations & Business Support
Assist with fleet management coordination and maintenance scheduling
Support operational projects and business process improvements
Assist with property and maintenance coordination as required
Support sales and operational growth initiatives
Organize operational information and maintain workflow efficiency
Technology & Systems Support
Maintain and manage operational spreadsheets and reporting systems
Assist with data analysis and operational tracking
Support implementation of AI tools, automation systems, and operational software
Assist in maintaining and improving internal operational processes
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or business operations
Diploma, certificate, vocational training, or formal education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience or training in AI systems, automation tools, business technology, or operational software implementation preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with logistics, shipping, customs, or warehouse operations required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and spreadsheet management
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Experience with inventory systems, invoicing, bookkeeping, or operational reporting is an asset
Familiarity with freight coordination, shipment tracking, and warehouse inventory procedures
Ability to adapt to new technology systems and operational processes

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: CI$3,000 – CI$4,000 per month
