Position Overview We’re looking for responsible, caring Bus Drivers who take pride in keeping our riders safe and the journey smooth from start to finish. Drivers are the backbone of Zip, the person who ensures every ride is safe, on time, and delivered with professionalism and a friendly smile. You’ll work closely with your Bus Attendant and the operations team to make sure each route runs like clockwork. From daily vehicle checks to greeting students in the morning, you’ll be part of the team that helps Cayman families start and end their day right. Work Schedule Morning Shift: 5:30 am. – 8:00 am (school days) Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm. – 5:00 pm (school days) Flex Opportunities: Extra hours available for school trips, and special events. Key Responsibilities Safely operate our low-emission school buses along assigned routes. Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to keep vehicles clean, road-ready, and compliant. Greet students warmly, ensure they are seated and buckled, and coordinate closely with your Attendant for smooth boarding and exiting. Follow scheduled routes and communicate any delays or route changes using the Zip app. Report incidents or safety concerns promptly through established channels. Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and report maintenance needs as required. Represent our brand and values with courtesy, patience, and professionalism at all times. Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. Safety must come naturally to you.
• Friendly, patient, and respectful when working with children, parents, and school staff.
• Comfortable using basic mobile apps or in-vehicle tablets for route updates.
• Familiar with Cayman’s roadways and committed to safe driving practices.
• Clean police record and complete First Aid/CPR training (provided)
• Maintain a drug-free status and be willing to complete drug and role-related health checks if requested.
• Hold a valid Group 3 Driver’s License with at least 5 years of professional driving experience.
