Candidate must be fully versed in the operation and control of equipment and systems, power driven, stationary or portable pumps and manifold systems. Candidate will be responsible for keeping the pumps clean and in good operating condition. Fully knowledgeable of all safety implications. Diagnose mechanical or operational issues and perform basic troubleshooting or coordinate repairs when necessary. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including hazard identification, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe work practices. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, concrete suppliers, and crew members to coordinate pours and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and job site reports. Assist with general construction or maintenance tasks as required by project needs.
