Janitorial/Cleaner

Cay Janitorial Services is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking full time Cleaner to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces for residential and commercial clients while delivering high-quality service and attention to detail.

Job Duties Include

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting all surfaces
• Cleaning mirrors, glass, windows, and other fixtures
• Emptying garbage bins and replacing liners
• Making beds, changing linens, and organizing rooms when required
• Assisting with laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens or towels
• Deep cleaning appliances, storage areas, and hard-to-reach spaces as needed
• Following company cleaning standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day
• Positive attitude and respectful behavior toward clients and coworkers
• Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening/night shifts
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on client or company needs
• Willingness to occasionally work extended hours when necessary
