Sales Representative, Delivery Driver, and Merchandiser

Sales Representative, Delivery Driver, and Merchandiser Description Heston Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Sales and Delivery Representative. In this role you will be responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets, introducing new products, securing new accounts, and increasing product distribution and sales volume within existing accounts. Key duties include loading, transporting, and delivering products to retail locations along assigned routes; merchandising; processing invoices, payments, and returns; as well as conducting inventory counts and assisting with offloading incoming shipments. The ideal candidate will be punctual, honest, dependable, and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. Training will be provided on the company’s internal computer systems. Hours of work Salary range: CI$12.00-CI$14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Scheduled week: Monday to Friday and half day Saturday. Must be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays when required. Mandatory requirements

• Must have a valid Cayman Islands driver’s license
• Must be computer literate and have the ability to use technology.
• Must possess good time management and territory planning abilities.
• Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to always communicate in a professional manner with clients.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be able to lift an average of 50 lbs. repeatedly; bend and stand for long periods.
