ESSENCE SALON is seeking talented, passionate, and customer-focused Hairstylists to join our team. Location: George Town, Grand Cayman Consult clients to understand their style goals and recommend suitable treatments or products. Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services for men, women, and children. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and the work area in compliance with salon policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure punctual service delivery.
The successful applicant should have at least 3 years’ professional experience working in a Salon Environment. Should be able to work as a team player with minimum or no supervision. Applicants should be experienced in coloring, perming and styling of client’s hair. Compensation & Benefits Salary: CI$ 1,706.25 Per Month - (Paid Bi-Weekly Hours: 45 hours per week Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, 1-week paid vacation provided in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labor Law.
