VIP Fitness Ltd. T/A VIP Fitness is looking for a committed and enthusiastic General Helper who will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members while assisting with various operational tasks.
Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service. Responding to inquiries about gym facilities, membership, and services. Assisting members with the use of gym equipment and ensuring equipment is used correctly and safely. Performing regular inspections and maintenance of gym equipment. Enforce gym policies and rules to maintain safety and order within the facility. Participating in promotional activities and events to attract new members. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of gym equipment. Check in gym members, handle member queries, and assist with membership registration. Respond to any emergencies or injuries immediately, following the gym’s procedures and policies. Report any broken or damaged equipment to management immediately. Ensure the gym area is tidy and appealing, and that all equipment is stored correctly. Provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive and professional environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and workout routines. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment. With a Clean police record.
