Job Description

Personal Care Assistance:
Help with daily hygiene tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing.
Mobility Support:
assist with transferring the child in and out of the wheelchair and other mobility aids.
Support with physical movement around the home.
Meal Preparation and Feeding:
-prepare meals tailored to the dietary needs of the child.
Assist with feeding if necessary.
Education Support:
Help with educational activities and encourage learning through play and structural tasks.
Provide assistance with homework and special learning projects as needed.
Therapeutic Exercises:
Engage in recommended exercises to promote physical therapy and mobility improvement.
Emotional and Social Support:
Offer companionship and engage in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment, allowing for emotional expression and security.
Communication Assistance:
Support the child in effective communication, using both verbal and non-verbal methods.
Facilitate interaction with peers and family members.
Monitoring Health and Safety:
Keep track of any health-related needs or changes in condition.
-Ensure a safe living environment addressing any hazards promptly.
Light Household Duties Related to Care:
Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized space for the child.
Organize materials and equipment necessary for care.
