As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Assurance group will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, insurance, reinsurance, and banking, while leading teams to deliver high quality audits from planning to completion. In this role, you will lead the review of financial statements to ensure they meet PwC and regulatory standards, manage complex or judgmental areas of audit work, and communicate findings clearly and effectively. A Senior Manager would be responsible for complex clients and/or larger teams. Applicants should have strong leadership, relationship management, project management, and audit experience, including leading teams, managing larger or more complex audits from planning to completion, reviewing financial statements, and supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and feedback. An internationally recognized professional accounting designation (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree are required, along with 4+ years of current and relevant audit experience. Experience working with IFRS is essential, while US GAAP on audit clients are preferred. Manager or Senior Manager staff grade will be based on experience and interview. Salary: CI$82,000 – $133,250 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
