GROUND HANDLER

We at RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd T/A RDM Ground Handler Services is looking for a dependable and hardworking Ground Handler to join our team. Ground handlers are responsible for loading and unloading freight and baggage from the planes, including additional jobs preparing the aircraft for its next flight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and welcoming passengers and responding to questions.
• Checking in baggage, Sort Freight, and Baggage.
• Making reservations.
• Selling airline tickets.
• Stocking aircraft with refreshments.
• Cleaning aircraft after flights.
• Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.
• Providing information to passengers.
• Monitor the Safety of the Passengers.
• Service the Interiors of Aircraft.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift 50- 60 lbs.
• Excellent punctuality, and attendance habits.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing customer requirements.
• Willingness to take direction with a keen interest in further development within the local operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Be willing to be subject to a background check.
• With a Clean Police record.
