TEMPORARY

KYD $8.75–$10 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team and support our growing portfolio of high-end residential and pool construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general labour duties on active construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities as directed.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment around job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and work collaboratively with the construction team.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and site regulations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions typical of the Cayman Islands.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to arrive on site on time each day.
• Must have reliable transportation or arrangements to get to job sites on time.
• Must supply and wear required personal protective equipment (OSAH-standard PPE), including:

o Steel-toe safety boots o Hard hat o Safety glasses o Work gloves o Jeans / appropriate workwear

• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Clean police record.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

EMPLOYMENT TERM

This position is offered on a short-term contract of three (3) months, with the possibility of extension subject to project requirements, performance, and business needs.
