Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible maintaining high standards among the staff and ensuring a memorably good experience for customers.

• Ability to handle Marketman: Receiving and ordering from supplier, internal transfers and liase with Warehouse for Inventory
• Knowledge of 7shifts and 7 tasks: Time sheets and schedules
• Oversee stock levels and daily inventory
• Handling maintenance issues via Maintenance Team
• Handling event queries
• Staff training, disciplining, dealing with customer complaints, and ensuring company policy and procedures are followed
• Implementing SOP’s and suggestion of new ones
• Ability to use POS system: Aloha and Online ordering app
• Candidate is required to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clear Police record is required.
• The employer reserves the right to conduct random drug testing.
