Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the preparation of all types of Caribbean dishes (oxtail, curried goat, pork, all types of chicken and seafood, etc.). Must ensure freshness of food ingredients. Must ensure that all food is seasoned and cooked according to recipes and formulas of the Company using experience and sound judgement. Must be able to inspect food preparation, storage and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices. Must be able to operate large volume cooking equipment. Long working hours (6am to 11pm) when required. Must be honest and possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work as a part of a team. Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and on shifts. Salary is C.I. $8.75 per hour, plus health and pension benefits.
