Senior Hairstylist We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Hairstylist to become part of our professional salon team. This position is best suited for someone with 9–10 years of hands-on experience in hair colouring, including corrective colour work, and a strong background in modern hair treatments. The ideal candidate is confident working with a diverse clientele, capable of delivering customised results, and committed to maintaining high standards in both service quality and salon hygiene. Experience in advanced smoothing and repair treatments such as keratin, hair botox, and nanoplastia is essential. The ability to create wedding updos and special occasion hairstyles is also required.
Welcome clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive overall experience. Carry out a full range of professional colouring services, including balayage, highlights, toning, and creative colour work. Perform corrective colour services, carefully assessing hair history and condition to safely achieve desired outcomes. Conduct hair and scalp analysis to determine appropriate treatments, identify concerns, and recommend suitable services. Provide precision haircuts across all styles for men, women, and children. Create wedding updos and special occasion hairstyles tailored to client preferences and events. Deliver advanced treatment services including keratin treatments, hair botox, nanoplastia, and similar procedures. Evaluate hair condition and recommend suitable services and aftercare solutions. Style and finish hair using modern techniques, ensuring high-quality results. Install and maintain hair extensions using various methods where required. Prepare clients’ hair through washing, conditioning, and treatment prior to services. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all health and safety standards. Conduct thorough consultations and offer professional advice tailored to each client. Manage daily appointments effectively while maintaining punctuality. Record client service history, formulas, and product recommendations accurately. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a professional and supportive salon environment. Assist with general salon tasks and provide support where needed.
