Gemini Resources (Cayman) Ltd. Responsibilities

• Research public companies, industries and market developments to identify investment opportunities and assess business quality, competitive positioning and potential catalysts.
• Conduct due diligence on private companies, including founders, products, market opportunities, business models and investment terms.
• Develop investment theses, prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment team.
• Monitor existing investments, reassess investment theses and contribute to portfolio construction and risk management discussions.
• Develop and improve analytical tools and research processes supporting investment decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in investing, investment research or investment management.
• Experience analyzing public equities and evaluating private-market investment opportunities.
• Strong financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to conduct independent research, exercise sound judgment and communicate conclusions clearly.

Salary range: CI$ 115,000 to CI$ 130,000 per annum depending on experience. 35 hours per week / 140 hours per month).
