We are seeking applications from qualified Caymanians or Status Holders for the position of Administrative Assistant. Their responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally;
Assisting with dispatching;
Ordering office supplies;
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
Assisting with scheduling;
Maintaining accurate record-keeping; and,
Providing general administrative support.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to identify client needs and communicate effectively.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
