Senior HVAC Technician

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and

equipment.

• Participates in major HVAC component installation and replacement as well as the

evaluation of complex system problems.

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health

and Safety Act.

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers'

requirements.

• Communicating on Sales Project Costing estimate and assisting with customers'

queries.

• Refrigeration Experience is a MUST.
• Performs troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC mechanical systems

campus wide.

• Performs scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and components.
• Maintains and services department specialized equipment on request.
• Identifies and repairs HVAC mechanical problems; schedules with customer to meet their needs.
• At least minimum of 5 years experience as HVAC Technician
