Job Description

Maintain cleanliness on job sites and office
Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance
Basic education, often high school or equivalent
Familiarity with tools, machinery, and basic office equipment.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to participate in training sessions.
May assist maintenance personnel with tasks as assigned
Communicating repairs required to the management and/or maintenance teams
Other duties may be assigned
