Applicants must have at least 3-5 years of experience within a Hotel and at least 1 year in a similar role. A strong team player who can assist the Front Office Manager with ad-hoc projects while keeping the front desk team motivated and committed to achieving excellent guest satisfaction. Must be able to comprehend night audit procedures and reports as needed for daily shift operations, relieves desk supervisors and runs shifts whenever necessary, Understands and implements procedures to operate and maintain all Front Desk departmental equipment. Knowledge of Opera is essential. The incumbent must be flexible and willing to work on shifts, weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
