Island Deals Ltd., trading as Caysupplies, is seeking a Sales Associate for its daily operation. The sales associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
Greet customers and provide quality customer service to address their shopping needs. Understanding customer requirements and assisting them in selecting appropriate products. Performing sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions. Maintaining a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating them to the manager when necessary. Participating in inventory processes, such as inventory counts and stock replenishment. Meeting and exceeding personal and store sales targets.
An Associate’s degree or a high school diploma. Retail sales experience. A professional appearance. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ability to read, write, and perform basic math. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must have a clean police record.
