Job Description

Position Objective Design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions based on microservices architectures in Cloud environments, ensuring scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance applications that support business needs and facilitate integration with internal and third-party platforms. Responsibilities ● Design and develop microservices following decoupled and event-driven architecture principles. ● Implement REST APIs and, when necessary, GraphQL or gRPC for system integration. ● Develop solutions deployable on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). ● Implement containers using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes or equivalent managed services. ● Participate in the design of highly available and fault-tolerant distributed architectures. ● Integrate services using messaging queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS/SNS, EventBridge, among others). ● Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. ● Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using standards such as OAuth

  • 0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.

● Optimize application performance, scalability, and resource consumption. ● Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices. ● Prepare technical documentation for the services developed. ● Address incidents and participate in the continuous improvement of platforms. Technical Knowledge Required ● Microservices Architecture. ● REST API development. ● Programming in Java (Spring Boot), .NET, Node.js, or Go. ● Docker. ● Kubernetes. ● Git. ● SQL and NoSQL databases. ● Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ● CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar). ● API security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). ● Unit and integration testing. Preferred ● Hexagonal Architecture. ● Domain-Driven Design (DDD). ● Clean Architecture. ● Event-Driven Architecture. ● Apache Kafka. ● Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd). ● Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry). ● Terraform or Infrastructure as Code. ● SonarQube. ● OWASP Top 10. Experience ● 2 to 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications. ● At least 2 years implementing microservices-based solutions. ● Experience working with Cloud platforms. ● Participation in Agile projects (Scrum or Kanban). ● Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs. Competencies ● Analytical thinking. ● Problem-solving. ● Teamwork. ● Effective communication. ● Results-oriented. ● Ability to continuously learn. ● Proactivity. ● Focus on software quality. Education ● Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Certifications ● AWS Certified Developer - Associate. ● AWS Certified Solutions Architect. ● Microsoft Azure Developer Associate. ● Google Professional Cloud Developer. ● Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Quality of delivered code. ● Automated test coverage. ● Compliance with development timelines. ● Service availability and stability. ● Reduction of production incidents. ● Response time for defect resolution. ● Compliance with security and architecture standards.
