Warehouse Person/Senior Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies, identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Assist women with attire.
• Prepare daily sales and end-of-day reports.
• Oversee warehouse operations and maintain required stock levels.
• Receive, steam, iron, organize and replenish merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties necessary for maintaining the shop.
• A minimum of five to six years of proven retail sales experience in women’s fashion at senior level.
• This is a senior position and is not suitable for entry-level applicants.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and online retail platforms and Excel.
• Significant physical stamina, including the ability to climb ladders and lift and move boxes safely.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• A current police clearance certificate.
• Three current references from previous employers.
