Over 10 yrs experience of working as a Carpenter/Drywall/Mason with the ability to accurately follow blueprints and prepare accurate material lists, quotes with breakdown for costing and proper markups. Must have great time-management skills, a good attitude, be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines on your own and with other members of a team. Must have clean police record and medical. Valid Cayman Islands driver's license required and own transportation preferred. Must also be fluent in writing, comprehending and speaking English.
