This will be for a 6-month term (renewal/extension can be considered) Responsibilities
Maintain and organize employee and contractor immigration records to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely renewals. Prepare, and track work permit applications, business visitor visas and exemptions. Liaise with hiring managers and department leads to gather contractor requirements, assignment details and supporting documentation. Coordinate payment requests for immigration related fees. Monitor work permit expiry dates and proactively coordinate renewals to ensure continued work authorization and compliance. Provide support to other Human Resource functions as required. Requirements
Associates in Business or similar, with a focus on Human Resources Experience and knowledge of local immigration law Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organization and time management skills
