Assistant Project Manager

The position requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution. Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience working for a Major/Main Contractor in the UK, USA, Canada, West Indies or Cayman and be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Procurement of subcontractors and materials. In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Assist with the management of Site Works and Health & Safety
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
• Assist Project Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prepare requests for information when required and keep accurate records.
• Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Assist in the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering of projects.
