Food & Beverage Server in a fast paced restaurant. Duties include: checking station prior to shift for cleanliness and set up, be able to handle the station assigned to you, operate point of sale equipment, serve customers from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave, be aware of daily specials, be knowledgeable of menu items including drinks, wines, garnish and preparation methods, follow procedures for self-cashiering, be sure tables are properly bussed, attend meetings, perform other duties management request such as inventory, side work etc.
