1. Perform critical maintenance and repair of all types at Petrol Terminals.
2. Generator maintenance and repair
3. Repairs of all types of pumping equipment (motors, pumps)
4. Saab Auto Tank Gauging systems installations
5. Servicing and calibrations of all aviation Refueler tankers
6. Mechanical Overfill systems
7. Mechanical Auto Tank Gauging systems
8. Mechanical fuel metering equipment.
9. Aviation Filtration systems
10. Compressor systems
11. Calibration of Mechanical meters
12. Calibration of Additive meters
13. Calibration of Electronic meters at terminal loading racks and aviation tankers
14. Liaise with other contractor(s)
15. Programming and troubleshooting all types of mechanical controls.
16. Diesel mechanic skills
Other Responsibilities
1. Mechanical job estimates.
2. Responsible for drawings (as built) for electrical/mechanical documentation as required on the completion of the work.
3. Responsible for inspection of completed M&R to ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures including but not limited to accurate logging of results where applicable.
4. Ensure stock items purchased are entered into Quick Books as stock and included as sales when applicable.
5. Must be able to travel to Cayman Brac occasionally for a period of 1 week to perform duties at the Creek and Airport terminals unsupervised.
