Applicants should have as a minimum a diploma in architectural technology with at least 8 years post-qualification experience in the preparation of contract documents for mid and high-rise buildings, demonstrating a clear understanding of local construction methods and administrative procedures. Project experience in commercial, health care, luxury residential and interiors detailing will be definite assets. This is a position for a motivated professional with drafting proficiency and organizational abilities. Work experience using Autodesk Revit/Autocad 2026 and advanced modelling software will be a requirement. Familiarity with preparation of LEED documentation will also be a significant asset. Applications from Caymanians and persons legally resident will be given priority. Salary will be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications in the range of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
