Treats Ltd. T/A Treats Restaurant advertised through ABS Mobile Agency, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Server to support its high-volume breakfast & lunch operations. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of bakery products and specialty beverages, maintain consistent early-morning availability, and deliver efficient service during peak periods. The role also include detailed cleaning & sanitation duties completed after closing hours to ensure food safety & operational readiness.
.Education: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, especially in hospitality or management. . Food Handler Certification: requires servers to take a food safety course.
. Communication: Clear & Friendly communication with customers is crucial for taking orders, explaining the menu & handling complaints. . Customer Service: Providing excellent service, being attentive to guests, & ensuring a positive dining experience is a core skill. . Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tables, orders & customer requests at once & place orders thru POS System. Also able to manage different sections during staff Leave or sick. . Attention to Detail: Ensuring that orders are taken correctly, food & drinks are served at the right temperature, & customer's special requests are met. Teamwork: Working well with kitchen staff, bartenders & fellow servers to ensure smooth operations. Physical Stamina: The ability to lift trays or plates of food & stay active through a shift. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (even in fast food or retail) is preferred and required. Knowledge of Food & beverage: Understanding the menu & being able to suggest items or provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Basic knowledge of nonalcoholic beverages such as specialty coffees, cold, frozen beverages, wine, beers are required.
. Able to work during weekends, public holidays with long hours during busy season & private catering's . Greet customers & take their orders . Serve food & beverages in a timely manner. . Takeout orders process over the phone or thru Social Medias. . Ensure customers have everything they need throughout their meal. . Process cash or credit card payments & provide correct change... end of the shift balance the daily transactions. . A basic knowledge of popular cakes, pastries re required for the counter sales . A good communication knowledge are very important to process food, cake or catering orders thru emails or thru social Medias. . Maintain cleanliness in the dining area & at tables. . Must have a driver’s license to deliver food or cakes during busy hours. . Follow safety protocols (e.g., not serving alcohol to minors).
