Feet on The Streets Representative

Digicel Cayman Limited. is seeking applicants for a full-time role, Feet on The Streets Representative. The Feet on The Street Representative will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling Digicel products and services directly to households and individuals. The role also includes up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas to actively promote and sell Digicel’s products and services.
• Engage with potential customers in high-traffic public areas to maximize visibility and conversion opportunities.
• Identify new sales opportunities and execute targeted activities to expand the subscriber base across multiple customer segments.
• Accurately record prospect and customer information in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data entry requirements.
• Process and receipt customer applications, orders, and payment transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, fact-based responses to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere strictly to Data Protection Guidelines.

Academic qualifications and experience required for job

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including the use of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Solid understanding of the Internet and basic connectivity.
• Previous direct sales experience with proven success (preferred).
• Prior customer service experience (preferred).
• 2 – 3 years experience in sales

• Scheduled to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility required to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Workdays: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Salary Range: KYD $20,000.00 - KYD $25,200.00 per annum depending on qualifications, knowledge and experience
