Director/Consultant

The Director/Consultant will provide expert governance services to Hash Directors’ clients, acting as the named independent director for a portfolio of Cayman and BVI-domiciled venture capital, private equity and hedge funds, foundation companies and special-purpose vehicles with virtual asset exposure. You will support existing directors in managing client engagements, discharge the board-level duties set out in the Director Services Agreement, and help grow the business through relationship management and business-development initiatives. A core mandate will be to establish and build out the firm’s Registered Office function, drafting compliant internal procedures, safeguarding statutory originals, standing up and maintaining the statutory registers, acting as secretary, communicating with external clients and ensuring regulatory filings such as economic substance, annual returns and beneficial owner filings as required by the Companies Act are made on time. The role also coordinates with compliance and the finance team to bring the firm to a “regulator-ready” standing and supports with the onboarding of new entities.
