Assists BT trainings based on individuals Conduct BT training in monthly group supervision meetings Guide BT trainees; conduct overlap training & provide feedback Conduct BT performance integrity checks Support BCBAs: during client assessments, with annual BT Renewal Competency Assessment, with development of program & training materials for clients Conducts study sessions with ABAT Trainees Covers clinical sessions when needed Takes on tasks assigned by the Clinical Manager Assists with group supervision meetings, provides agenda & minutes Updates work Instructions Schedules community outings
